Return & Refund Policy

*Sample Sale items may include past season's collections and/or might have minor defects such as a few loose threads. All sales are final, with no returns or exchanges*

LYRA guarantees that if you are in any way dissatisfied with the Goods you have ordered, You can return them to us and we will give you a full refund of the price of the Goods provided that: 

- The Goods are returned to us "as new" i.e. unworn and unwashed with all labels, hygiene stickers and packaging intact, together with your invoice/ order number within 30 days of receipt of the Goods by you.

Returns normally reach us within a few days at which point we will action the refund on receipt within 5-7 working days.

Customs/Clearance Fees: For International returns, please clearly label the shipment as "RETURN" in order for the parcel not to be held by local customs.

Please note that we do not offer 'free returns' service.
